Shipping area
We currently ship to the United States only.

Carrier
Orders are shipped with DHL Express or USPS partner network.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days after payment has been received.
During holidays or high-demand periods, shipping may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free of charge.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Failed deliveries
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

Customs and import duties
Orders shipped from Germany to the USA may be subject to import duties or customs fees.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged packages
