The general terms and conditions (AV) have been placed on all orders placed via the online winkel Moreli (here “aanbieder”) for consumers (§13 BGB) and ondernemers (§14 BGB).

The delivery of the products in the online winkel vormt geen legally binding aanbod, maar a uitnodiging tot the place of an ordering.

3. Prizes and betalingsvoorwaarden

All prices are reported in euros and inclusive of the vast amount of money, btw.

Available beta methods include other credit cards, PayPal, Klarna and Sofortüberweisung .

4. Delivery and shipping

The delivery takes place within the Netherlands and internationally.

5. Herroepingsrecht

Consumers have a right of control for 14 days.

6. Retention of title

The good ownership of the property is guaranteed.

7. Guarantee and security

The guarantee rights are guaranteed by toepassing.

The aanbieder is onbeperkt aansprakelijk in geval van opzet of grove nalatigheid.

Bij lichte nalatigheid is de aanbieder alleen aansprakelijk voor a pity the voortvloeit uit letsel aan leven, lichaam of gezondheid, of bij schending van essentiële contractuele obligingen.

8. Gegevensbescherming

The processing of personal information is guaranteed by the privacy policy of the provider.

9. Geschillenbeslechting

10. Slotbepalingen
